Great chickpea curry recipe - thanks!
Just wanted to say what great recipes you have up! I started off with the chickpea curry yesterday and was very happy with it indeed!
I grew up in the middle east and, while most of the cuisine out there was pretty uninspiring, there was (and still is) a fantastic Indian restaurant in Oman which we went to for over 20 years where you could eat like an absolute king. Your curry recipe instantly reminded me of their curried daal... Great memories!
Keep up the good work - I'll be happily eating my way through your website for a while.
