Off I marched to get a bottle of Pernod but now I can't find any mussels! Being grown on ropes in Scottish Lochs I thought they should be readily available especially as we are now into the second month of having 'Rs' in the month?

Try making with some other seafood. it doesn't have to me mussles.

Thanks Mamta - think I'll hang on the for the mussels as I love them and that's what caught my eye about the recipe. (Or start going to the gym to grow them myself lol!)

Having invested in the Pernod I can try Steve's Beef with baby onions Stifado as well!
