Just had three weeks in beautiful Goa. Had the most lovely Methi Chicken curry, the nicest curry I have ever eaten in India!!

I did but he could not speak any English, so I only got a rough idea. I do know the recipe is very similar to Chicken Methi 1 on this site, though I don't think there was any curd in it and the Methi was not the dried Methi I buy in a Newcastle Asian store. As I have said it was simply delicious and very simple to make.
