Hi! I have tried the Naan Plain 1 - Leavened Flat Bread recipe www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?id=10108 with excellent results!! I have never managed to get such results with any other recipe. Is it possible to freeze the dough at step 10 of the recipe? (or at any other step?). Thanks for your help and for the great recipes :-)

There are commercial bread products that come frozen but are never as good as freshly made (and usually contain other additives)

I sometimes freeze naan, but not dough. So can't answer it :-(!
