Great Idea Kavey. It is quite usual to have such a board to list things we need to buy, but it makes even more sense to know what we actually already have!

Unfortunately my freezer won't self defrost so I have a broad recollection of what is inside, but even then being a sucker for special offers last defrost revealed sack after sack of peas and spinach. Thank goodness for Mamta's pea and spinach recipe!

You can make loads of my peas and spinach and then freeze that instead LOL!!
