well well...I just had this for dinner. That is one lovely dish Mamta. Ive never cooked a fish curry before so was a bit nervous. I used 550gms of Ling fillets from woolies. Not sure if you get Ling in England. I cant remember hearing of it. Absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. Theres some left over for tomorrow. Will the fish reheat ok in the microwave or will it go rubbery?

lol I knew someone would ask about photos but throughout preparing it I was comparing mine to the pics already next to the menu so I didnt bother (is it only me that does that)? Anyway, it was great. Ive a container left for my lunch tomorrow and probably another containers worth of gravy! YUM
