This is another thing which doesn't show up under a search on this site, but which I learned from people who post here.
Back in April 2007, someone called Liza, and someon called Jan, sent in recipe suggestion; I still use a version of Jan's recipe, which I printed out from the forum page here.
I've just entered this on Google, and learned that, if your food processor has a narrow base, you have to keep on stirring the mixture and blending, time after time. That's what happpens with me.
I don't put in flour as a binding agent, since the felafels get rolled in flour before the deep-fry, and the end result is too floury to my taste.
Every time I say 'Felafels?' to my daughter, she says 'Yeah!'. And she helps me make them. It's good to get kids into the kitchen at an early age, I think.
Do you mean Falafel ? as there is a recipe on here... is that what you meant?
