Hi,

I will be cooking a chicken curry for some friends tomorrow night and cannot decide which one to pick, I have previously cooked 'mums chicken curry' for my guests (which they absolutely loved) and now i want to cook something that will be loved just as much!

Can anyone reccommend their favourite chicken curry recipe from this site please?

Thanks for the suggestions, the Sri Lankan curry looks lovely.

I have only tried cooking with coconut milk once and it didn't turn out very well so i'm a bit worried about wether it was the recipe or wether i just don't like it!

I think i'll give it a go tonight and i'll let you know how it turned out.

also try tandoori chicken / chicken or lamb tikka for starters, it is an easy recipe.

I 'chickened out' of the Sri Lankan curry and decided to go with the tried and tested 'mum's chicken curry' instead.

I thought it would be a better idea to try some new recipes when i have not got guests.

I ended up cooking Tandoori chicken for starters (thanks Rajneesh), they were very nice.

Now i better get down to my butchers so i can try the Sri Lankan and the saffron chicken curries, can't wait.
