Last time I made some chutney using jaggery, I was nibbling at some of its shavings (as you do!) and wondered given the taste is nearly there, could it make a good soft fudge?
Given I have never made confectionary, (apart from chocolate truffles,) would there be an easy way? Somehow using evaporated or condensed milk? Any ideas please!
I am sure this recipe will work, but I would try on 1/4the amount first.
