I was wondering whether anybody has managed to get nan dough prepared satisfactorily using a bread maker. Ours has lots of different dough recipes.

Apart from eliminating most of the hard work, I wondered whether a bread maker would give more predictable timing.

Yes you can make it in bread maker. Use pizza dough setting. You can also use bread mix or pizza dough mix for making nans. Instructions for nan are often on the packet, if you live in UK.

The script which converts any HTML in a post to what you see on the screen only allows certain bits of code, which the direct coding of graphics is not one..

(or so it would seem)..

in other words if you use HTML for making something Bold it will work (I think) but trying to make a character won't
