spotted a jar of these the other week and I like them.. they are like tiny pickled cucumbers... in fact doing a google says thats almost correct! They tend to be a gherkin which is the same family as cucumber.

I'm now wondering if they tiny cucumbers that aren't really growing much now on my plants could be pickled and would be ok ? (they are only about the size of my little finger (probably size of your ring finger..lol )

Yes cucumbers do pickle well, my friend pickles them in some kind of traditional irish recipe. I've seen them pickled whole as well as in thin slices.

My only worry is they are no where near fully grown and might just be like pickled bits of plant stalk... ! lol
