Hi, all the recipes look wonderful, but seem to me be designed for large numbers. How would I go about making the recipes for one person, or even make enough, so that I can say freeze the rest. My freezer wouldn't be able to store the left overs for 8 people. Any help woul be appreciated.

(1) Most of the recipes can be scaled back simply by say halving the ingredients. If I'm cooking for myself though I never bother because
(2) dishes like Mamta's curries are just as (and often more) delicious the next day too.
(3) If the recipe says for 6-8 people it won't yield six big plates of food - it would only be six small portions traditionally eaten with other recipes as well
(4) So you would only have a few portions left over to freeze (which most of the recipes do very well, but I never yet reached this stage!!
