All of these will suit an egg curry in my HO Tim. The gravy needs to be clingy and spicy (eggs are quite bland) .

Would you care to share the recipe and pictures, with me, via the contact link, so I can try it? It is interesting. I always add yoghurt to the curry and bhaji as I am eating it. For me, cauliflower curry is not the same without yoghurt. Also, I never eat cauliflower paratha without yoghurt. Also we make Dahi-aloo (yoghurt-potato) curry, not sure if it is on the site. I will look later, I am off to Sainsbury?s, before it gets crowded by panicking hordes! Also, I will wait until Pete has deleted 100's of SPAMs here! Some people have nothing to better to do than bother others!
