Firstly I'd like to thank you for this great website. I've now made lots of fantastic curries, which has done me a lot of favours with my boyfriend!

One thing I thought I would point out is I was about to make your chocolate cheesecake recipe, when I was scanning the instructions. In point no.8 it says to beat the double cream, however it does not have this ingredient listed, and therefore I had no idea how much to add.

If it comes out good, take a picture and send it to me. As you can see, mine is not a great picture! Same goes for any other recipes from this site, take a picture and send it to me. If it is suitable, we will post it on site, with your name.
