Absolutely fabulous recipe. Slightly less oily than commerical versions. The recipe asks for the pickle to be subject to sunlight for 2 weeks which is a bit hit or miss in this countery. I was lucky enoughto get the sun and the flavour is equally as good as commercial versions but a lot cheaper. For instance, as a comparison I got 1Kg of fresh green chillies for ?4!
Give it a go. Absolutely great, spread very, very thinly under cheese for cheese on toast and it compliments Mamta's Railway Journey Potatoes beautifully.
