Autumn has finally arrived here in the South of France, and it's time for soups. So far, we've done French onion soup and spicy pumpkin soup, and my wife will be doing her delicious brocolli and blue cheese soup. Today, I'm doing chicken mulligatawny soup. I thought I'd check the recipe on this site, but I don't see one.
Any tips?
