Autumn has finally arrived here in the South of France, and it's time for soups. So far, we've done French onion soup and spicy pumpkin soup, and my wife will be doing her delicious brocolli and blue cheese soup. Today, I'm doing chicken mulligatawny soup. I thought I'd check the recipe on this site, but I don't see one.

Any tips?

Oops, sorry! We did indeed have a discussion about this, including the etymology of the word. My memory is so bad these days. No idea why I don't have a print-out of it in one of my cookery folders.
