Well....that was a ripper. Definately on the do-again list. I will leave out the salt from the marinade next time. It was marinading for 24 hrs and I think it infused just a tad to much. It was quite salty. My wife put it on Friday arvo whilst I was still at work. She used coriander seeds thinking they were mustard seeds and wondered why they didnt splutter. Haha....it was cooking for about 4 hours so the chicken was almost disintegrating. Next time i'll just cook it for a couple of hours. It was beautiful. Ate it with some tumeric/garam masala basmati rice, poppodoms and warm rotis! Rotis were from the shop!.

I am glad to hear that it came out okay. It will go well with 'yellow' roties I am planning to make one of these days. My mum's 82 year sister made them for us when I was in India in October, quite tasty. They should be good with chicken and meat dishes.
