Using my usual standard bread making mix - Bread Rolls but without the rosemary and thyme.

Instead I added

about a good handfull of Parmegano cheese (finely grated)

about 3 tsp of tomato pur?e (would like to have added chopped sundried but didn't have any to hand)

about 1 tsp of onion granules

about 1 tsp of yellow mustard seeds

and 2-4 small red onions very finely sliced

All mixed togther as normal, rolled into large rolls etc... came out very well
