Before i begin I would like to thank Mamta for providing such a wonderful source of recipes...
me and my hubby are working. when we return home in the evening, we want to have something ready to eat.
I want to know some munchies type recipes I can make on weekend and have it during the weekdays. pls suggest some.
You could make anyone of several curries, allow to cool, store in the fridge and then reheat later in the week.
similar with things like samosas could be made and stored in an airtight container in the fridge then warmed through in the oven later
(ok these are not going to be exactly the same as making them fresh but its got to be better than buying frozen/boxed meals...)
