I have joined weight watchers in an attempt to come back down the two sizes I seem to have creeped up!!
Rather than do without I am pointing everything that I make. I made butter chicken on Saturday and your recipe with a bit less chicken but the same for everything else came to 22 points for the whole pot!
I reckoned there were about four portions so roughly that made five and a half points per portion.
I was wrong there were about six portions. I ate one, hubby ate 2 - and yes he did use a plate this time.
I was left with two huge portions left - one I gave away and one I am eating for lunch today.
So technically that works out just 3 and a half weightwatchers points! Although with the size of the portion I am giving it 7!
I let you know how succesful I am with the pointing when I get weighed in tomorrow!

That sounds great Fiona. If your group leader says that it is the correct calculation, you are welcome to add this to the recipe in question as a foot note from you. I will be happy to do that for yoi and it may help out others!
