Chack is another plain biscuit, without salt or sugar. It is usually made at weddings and eaten with hot pickles. I don't have a recipe because this is mostly made by Indian professional cooks to order. I don't know anyone who makes it at home.

There must be others, but I can't think of them off the top of my head! Now where did that proverb came from!
