At the edge of our garden there is a small patch of blackberries which this year have grown quite well and produced quite a bit of fruit (I'd say a decent pies worth)..
However we have never used them before as they tended to bud in fits and spurts and we often used a weedkiller and lawn feed around them.
Will the weedkiller/lawn feed cause problems with the plants berries (its obviously still growing well, so the plant isn't being harmed)?
Should we just not bother (seems a shame to waste them though) or should they be perfectly safe ?

Yep, being very busy and very very tired. They're up in Sydney this weekend with their mum so managed to get two good uninterupted sleeps.
