Can someone point me in the right direction? I found the chicken version - what cut of beef would I need to substitute?
thanks
Any good cut of beef will do. It is just that better the meat, nicer you dish will be, but you don't have to have the best steak ;-)! You might consider trying it with leg or shoulder of lamb, if everyone likes lamb.
I am off to the swimming pool now, will check later if you have any more questions.
Good luck!

Hi Mamta...
Thanks for all your advice...
I am going for the corn paneer you recommended, onion pakora, fish tikka and some salad to start. chutney, raita.
Mains are many! Chicken tikka masala, your chicken korma, chicken dhansak, beef jhalfrezi and a lamb vindaloo. I have enought time for those as can do in advance.
Also going to do a sag aloo and brinjal bhaji.
rice and naan
how does that sound? know there's lots of chicken for mains, but is the popular choice, one person can't have nuts and the boys have demanded a hot one!
Any thoughts very welcomes!
Sounds scrumptious, your dad will love it! What is for dessert? It is just warm enough forr Kulfi ice-cream :-)!
