Under what name would I look for these in my local Asian store? I've tried 'Jamuna' but only recieved a shoulder shrug from the Nepalese counter staff.

Allspice is called Kabab Chini or kebab chini in India. I am not very familiar with it in Indian cooking, it is more a spice of south and south-east.
By Jamuna, I guess they understood Jamun fruit, a completely different thing. I am not even sure if it grows in Nepal, it is a summer fruit in India and Nepal will probably be too cold for it.
