thanks for this lovely webside. have tried few recipes, they were lovly.

now m thinking 2 make allo tikkies for the party, i wanna know that , can we make them previously & heat them on the time? could u pls help me ,cause u know that in party day u cant cook so many things so is there any way that i can make them in advance & and store them.

All I know is aloo tikki can be frozen and then cooked when required. In some restaurants they take it out from frozen, microwave them and then heat them on a pan.

Yes aloo Tikkies can be frozen. Place on aluminium foil and stack layers in an airtight box/container. On the day you need them, simply lift and place the aluminium foil layer by layer, on oven trays and heat in a moderately hot oven, around 200C, for 10-15 minutes, until they are sizzling/piping hot. Serve immediately.
