All I know is aloo tikki can be frozen and then cooked when required. In some restaurants they take it out from frozen, microwave them and then heat them on a pan.

Hello Poonam

What a beautiful name you have :-)! I am glad that our recipes work for you and thank you for letting us know. It is always good to hear.

Yes aloo Tikkies can be frozen. Place on aluminium foil and stack layers in an airtight box/container. On the day you need them, simply lift and place the aluminium foil layer by layer, on oven trays and heat in a moderately hot oven, around 200C, for 10-15 minutes, until they are sizzling/piping hot. Serve immediately.

Have a great party.
