There is no registration for users.

The login button is for site administrators and moderators only.

I think some people find it hard to believe that you can just post a message here without going through some sort of registration procedure. It may lead to spam for the administrators but I think it's great!

Heather, it can cause some problems but there are other things in place to cope with it as best we can...

Actually we do have plans (and have had for ages) to introduce registration for forum posting, though very simple and straightforward, not one of those where you have to provide your life history and bank statements for the last 20 years! ;)

But we realised we'll need to re-write the site first, and that's an immense job and we keep putting it off!

So for now, no registration but much appreciation of our moderators who kindly help Mamta, Pete and I zap spam as quickly as we all can!

I zap loads of SPAM each morning, around 5.30-6am, before most of you are up ;-)!

I spam lots late at night and at random times of day.

And our two fine helpers, AskCy and Winton, zap away too.
