I added sugar( not powdered ) to the hot roasted besan to make laddoos..
Sugar is not melting now ...how can I rectify?

You can't change this now, as far as I know.
Off the top of my brain, you can try this, if you have a food processor (not a blender); place your mix, about half a cup at a time, in it and blend to make it smooth. Take it out and see if you can bind it into laddoos. If you can, then repeat the whole process with the rest of your besan-sugar mix.
If it works, come back and let me know.
