While making Shahee Paneer, the orange (or red color) does not come, served as in resta even if u add an extra tomato.
can u pls suggest any workaround for this.
(does adding local grocery made puree helps or any masala which contains permitted color ?)

restaurants often add colouroing to food, which I don't. You can try adding a little sweet paprika powder (you buy it from Indian shop), or some pureed red pepper or some tomato puree.
