Sweet & Sour Mint And Green Chilli Raita (Yoghurt)

This is a tasty, easy raita to make. I have used ready-made mint sauce from a jar here.
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups natural yoghurt
1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
11/2 tsp. Mint Sauce
1 green chilli, finely sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey or sugar or 1 tsp. sweetener (add only after tasting and if needed)(adjust to taste)
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
A few mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Place yoghurt in a bowl add onions, green chillies, sugar, honey, mint sauce, salt and coriander laves. Mix well.
Adjust seasoning by tasting. Add more salt/honey/sugar, if required.
Garnish with mint leaves
Serve chilled.
