Banana and Cucumber Raita (Yoghurt)

This is an easy and tasty side dish to any Indian meal.
Ingredients
2 cups thick and creamy natural yoghurt
1 ripe banana-peeled and chopped
1 small or 1/2 large cucumber-peeled and finely chopped
10-12 mint leaves-finely chopped
4-5 mint leaves for garnish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
Instructions
Beat yoghurt with salt, honey, mint leaves and salt.
Add and mix bananas and cucumber.
Decorate with a few mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
You can add one chopped green chilli, if you like.
