Smoked Salmon & Avocado Dip

This is a very quick dip to make and it tastes delicious. You can serve it with Pitta bread or Nan or small pieces of toasted bread.
Ingredients
1 tin of smoked salmon
1 ripe avocado pear, peeled and stone removed and mashed
2 tbsp. good quality mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
A little freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. fresh dill leaves or parsley leaves, finely chopped, to garnish
Instructions
Drain oil off the fish and mash it with a fork.
Add all other ingredients except dill or parsley. Mix well
Adjust seasoning.
Garnish with dill or parsley.
Serve cool with hot bread of any type.
