Corn Raita (Yoghurt)
Bhutta Raita

This is a very quick recipe to make, especially if you used precooked, tinned corn.
Ingredients
240 gm. or 8 oz. plain yoghurt
240 gm. or 8 oz. tin of kernel of corn or bhutta dana, drained
1 small tomato-seeded and chopped
1 tsp. cumin seeds-dry roasted and coarsely ground
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves-chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 small, red onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Beat yoghurt lightly.
Add and mix all ingredients together and place in a serving bowl.
Garnish with a few chopped coriander leaves.
Chill and serve.
