Hi love the site :-) just printed off the garam masala recipe and prepared to 'grind' then came to a halt at 'whole cardamom pods' should I remove the seeds or grind whole ? Hope that doesn't make me sound too stupid ;-)

Add whole cardamom pods, there is flavour in the husk/skin too. Whatever husk does not grind, can be sieved out.
