Mamta, on 27/7/2014 07:48am It is ready fairly soon, but does get better and lasts for ever. Why don't you do a taste every week until it finishes and let me know how you felt about the taste as it matures? I could then add it to the recipe. Once I have written the recipe, I often forget to go back and add these things. | |
