Phil, on 25/3/2014 05:47pm Anyone got any suggestions for an Indian way of doing quails? We can get a pack of four quails for about 4 euros, from LIDL, which is great value. We currently use a Spanish recipe, involving grated red pepper and garlic, ground cumin and some paprika, and we do them the French way, stuffed with minced pork, raisins and brandy. I suppose I could just use Mamta's tandoori chicken recipe, and see how it works out. Phil | |
