Nicest Beef Curry

I have a kilo of the nicest braising steak all in one piece,I will be cutting this into nice one inch cubes or so. Question is what should I make with this, I do like my curries quite spicy, so come on suggestions please. Whichever one I make from your suggestions, I promise to send a photo to the website, so come on....

Well, you can most dishes that use lamb, but follow the instructions on cooking time for beef. Over-cooked beef will not be nice!

Afraid I am a bit of a traitor but I've always liked Malaysian Mussaman beef curry a lot.

Although there are two Vindaloo Beef Curres on Mamta's site I've never tried! The Mussaman normally would not be THAT spicy.

Madras Beef Curry
