I just want to tell you that I absolutely love your recipes. I live away from my mom's place just like your daughters, and constantly phone her to ask her for recipes. I came across your website while doing a search for Kulchas . I read your recipe, followed it right away, and my guests were licking their fingers. The kulchas disappeared in minutes literally as they were melt in your mouth soft. I visit your web site because not only are the recipes easy, but you also include a picture, so in case I don't know the recipe by name, I can look at the picture and if it looks yummy, I make it right away.

Thank you for posting such great recipes which are easy to follow and taste delicious.

Thank you so much Jasmine for writing and telling me about it. Not many non-Indians make Kulchas, which are very similar to naan bread and lovely eaten fresh.

You know, I am always looking for tried and tested, foolproof recipes from others. So feel free to send a few of your family favourites, with exact details and pictures. I will post them here with your mum's name.
